Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive to join our BIM Training Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, guiding students through the enrollment process, maintaining enquiry and enrollment data in Excel/CRM, and ensuring a seamless training sales workflow. The role requires excellent communication, follow-up skills, and strong knowledge of Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Customer Enquiry Management
- Handle all incoming enquiries via phone, email, website, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable BIM training courses.
- Provide detailed training program information, fees, schedules, and outcomes.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all communication.
- Record all enquiries accurately in Excel/CRM sheets.
Enrollment & Conversion
- Conduct follow-ups with leads to convert enquiries into enrollments.
- Share course brochures, demo classes, offers, and enrollment procedures.
- Guide students through payment, registration, and onboarding steps.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for BIM training programs.
- Coordinate with the training team for batch allocation and student onboarding.
Excel / CRM Data Management
- Maintain and update Enquiry Register, Follow-up Tracker, and Enrollment Report.
- Ensure data accuracy for daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Track enquiry source, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
- Generate structured reports for management review.
Coordination & Support
- Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Communicate student feedback and market trends to the management team.
- Assist in organizing webinars, demo sessions, and promotional events.
- Provide support to enrolled students for pre-training formalities.
